*Based on 2005 through 2007 renewals.

4. Is Market360 based on outlook?

No. Market360 is based on a strategic approach that looks ahead, planning how to take advantage of market opportunities while managing your price risk, independent of price trends.

5. Are the marketing decisions made by more than one person?
Yes. Market360 has two teams of expert market advisors that bring many years of experience and research to the service. Recommendations are analyzed by both teams before recommendations are made. The marketing strategies are designed and customized to meet your individual marketing needs.

6. How often will you communicate with me?
We will communicate often and in multiple ways. We match the level and frequency of communication to your specific needs and desires. Expect frequent communication unless you tell us otherwise. We will be in touch via telephone, broadcast calls (recorded market alerts), email, and fax.

7. What kind of reporting can I expect?
Each month, an easy-to-read report provides a clear snapshot. The report identifies the net value per bushel and total inventory value for each commodity and each crop year. The report is mailed and emailed to you.

8. Do you work with me on cash sales?
Yes. Cash sales are the integral part of Market360. Your Market360 advisor will assist you in determining when to sell, how much to sell, how to sell, what type of contracts to use and more. They will consider your production risk, cash flow, basis, carry and storage considerations.

9. Will you help me on my old crop sales?

Yes. Your annual fee includes marketing for three crop years: old, new, and next year's crop.

10. Will I have the opportunity to make decisions on the futures or options?
Yes. Together, you and your advisor will develop strategies to meet your personal needs. Your advisor will only execute orders according to your pre-approved strategies, keeping you in control of your marketing.

11. How am I kept informed on futures and option positions?

Communication is paramount to Market360. One of the benefits of Market360 is ongoing communication with your personal advisor who keeps you aware of strategic entry and exit points for positions.

12. Will you give me LDP recommendations?
Yes. LDP values are monitored by the Market360 team. The team has access to historical data and will advise when to lock in your LDP.

13. How will my crop insurance work with Market360?

Your personal advisor will include your crop insurance coverage when assessing your marketing needs. This information is needed to customize your marketing strategies.

14. Will you involve my lender?
Yes, but only upon your request. You determine your lender's level of involvement.

15. How much of a marketing line of credit will I need to have for the year?

That will depend on the number of bushels you are marketing and the marketing tools you are using. Generally, five percent of the value of the underlying crop per marketing year is a good rule of thumb. Your Market360 advisor can best address this for your individual farm situation. It is recommended to have this line of credit established when beginning the service.

16. Where do I buy or deliver my grain?
You continue to deliver your commodity to the destination of your choice. If you are buying feed, you would continue to purchase feed at a supplier of your choice as well.

17. How much does Market360 cost?
The annual fee is five cents per bushel for corn, soybeans, and wheat. Volume discounts are given for accounts over 500,000 bushels. Multiple factors affect the fee for dairy accounts. A Stewart-Peterson representative can calculate a fee for you.

18. How are Market360 advisors compensated?
Market360 advisors are salaried. They are not compensated on transactions; only on client retention. Every aspect of the Market360 service is designed to meet your needs and foster a long and productive relationship with your Market360 advisor.

19. What will I be expected to do?

Communication is the key to success with Market360. Keep your personal market advisor aware of any changes such as cash sales, acreage and yield shifts, and your participation in government programs and crop insurance. You should also execute all the recommended cash sales, which is key to the success of Market360 and keeps you in control of your marketing!
